PASNAP, the Pennsylvania Association of Staff Nurses and Allied
Professionals, represents 5,000 Registered Nurses and other professionals
at hospitals statewide.
PASNAP was formed in May 2000 when a group of nurses voted
to form an independent nurses union in order to focus on nursing
issues and to fight for quality patient care.
PASNAP nurses have negotiated industry-leading
contracts, including the highest wage scale in Philadelphia,
at Crozer Chester Medical Center.
